N-able is seeking a Channel Account Manager to help us expand our reseller partner reach, support our Premier reseller partnerships, and continue our double-digit growth. We offer a full-featured tech stack with integrated monitoring, management, security, and ticketing. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Channel Account Manager with knowledge of the DACH reseller and distribution landscape, and a track record of supporting and growing top tier reseller partners.
- Own, manage, and grow N-able’s top reseller relationships
- Maintain YOY growth targets at named reseller accounts
- Use salesforce to manage activities, opportunities, and initiatives as well as for sales management productivity tracking
- Provid timely and accurate forecasts to sales and executive management
- Collaboration and coaching of internal teams on Channel accounts and processes
- Working closely with other cross-functional management teams in Marketing and Sales Operations to develop and support channel initiatives
- Identify and recruit the right profile of resellers working collaboratively with distribution to deliver this
- Engage with Reseller sales to identify opportunities for N-able. Build initiatives with resellers to drive pipeline generation.
- Experience in quota carrying sales role with demonstrated achievement
- Experience in the SaaS, IT Software, or Security Software industry
- Experience in software Channel sales and reseller account management is a must
- Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus
- Experience training and supporting reseller and distributor sales teams
- Ability to lead and motivate reseller organizations to represent N-able product lines
- Ability to travel and represent N-able at partner events, trainings, and trade shows
- Language skills: German and English is a must
