Your Role
As a Channels & Alliances Manager at Digital Realty, you will drive strategic partnerships that accelerate joint revenue and expand market reach. Acting as a trusted bridge between Digital Realty and assigned Channel Partners or Strategic Alliances, you will align executive stakeholders, energize seller communities, and build a strong indirect pipeline.
You’ll serve as a subject matter expert on your partners’ solutions and go-to-market approach while championing Digital Realty’s joint value proposition in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Partner Sales Plans to drive joint success
- Align senior executives and sales leaders across both organizations
- Drive deal registration, top-of-funnel activity, and connected pipeline growth
- Enable and educate partner sellers through training, events, and webinars
- Foster strong seller-to-seller engagement on accounts-in-common
- Lead Partner Business Reviews (PBRs) and maintain forecasting cadence
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions, Product, and Marketing teams
- Support recruitment and management of high-potential partners
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of Channel / Partner Management experience
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, channel sales, and technology alliances
- Working knowledge of data centers, cloud, hybrid IT, networking, and AI
- Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and build executive relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen
- Fluent in German and English
