The Opportunity
Nutanix is seeking a Channel Sales Manager to join our team in the Nordics and the Baltics. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with channel partners throughout the territory.
As a Channel Sales Manager, you have a high-impact, very prominent role. You will be responsible for establishing Nutanix as an innovative technical and business leader in the channel and for helping close a growing number of transactions within his region. Your role will be techni-commercial, with a strong focus on the healthy mix between technical and business solution selling, sales enablement, and relationship building.
About the Team
At Nutanix, you will have the opportunity to join our Channel Sales team based in Northern Europe, which consists of 5 dedicated and passionate individuals. The team prides itself on an open, honest, and collaborative culture, where everyone's ideas and contributions are valued. You can expect to work closely with your team members, supporting each other to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional results.
You will report to the Director of Channel & Ecosystems and enjoy a remote work setup with the flexibility to work from anywhere. While you can work remotely, we encourage collaboration and team-building activities, so you will be required to come into the office as needed, typically a few days a month to connect with your colleagues and foster strong working relationships.
As part of the Channel Sales team at Nutanix, there will be travel requirements to meet with partners, attend industry events, and participate in client meetings. This travel is essential to building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners and customers, allowing you to effectively represent Nutanix and drive business growth.
Your Role
  • Recruit, onboard, and support new partners in your designated country/territory to expand our network and drive growth.
  • Collaborate closely with the Channel, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure the regional sales goals are not just met, but exceeded.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the sales team and channel partners to proactively drive and successfully close deals within the region.
  • Utilize your technical proficiency, strong account management capabilities, and unwavering focus on partner satisfaction to boost sales and deliver impactful business solutions.
  • Demonstrate leadership by setting clear objectives and strategies for your first year, driving performance and fostering a collaborative and high-achieving team environment.
What You Will Bring
  • Forecast channel sales pipeline and achieve sales targets through the channel
  • Demonstrate flexibility, dependability, self-starting attitude, and ability to rapidly grasp new products and technologies
  • Possess outstanding oral and written communication skills, along with exceptional presentation abilities
  • Exhibit deep expertise in specialized sales and product-solution knowledge
  • Have 5-8 years of previous sales experience in solution selling or Reseller management
  • Show proven success in a high-tech sales environment driving customer technology adoption and meeting channel sales targets
