Description & Requirements
- Craft Development: Develop the craft of HSW across our HSW Partners through development planning and building capability for partnering skills.
- Strategy Support: Drive Spark's HSW strategy by implementing annual HSW roadmaps and leading out our HSW principles.
- Technical Advice: Provide and source technical advice to coach HSW partners to deliver the right outcomes for our customers and our business.
- Operational Support: Oversee day-to-day partnering activities for operational support to ensure we are focused on ruthless prioritisation in what we do.
- Reporting and Communication: Ensure reporting and insights are effectively communicated and actioned. Provide input for enhacing automation where possible to provide operational access to relevant information.
- Risk Management: Support our HSW partners to work with leaders when managing our most critical H&S risks and activities.
- Community Building: Drive the connection with our HSW Ambassadors and Mahi Tahi Coaches and the wider community and industry.
- System Integration: Facilitate the development and integration of HSW systems and protocols into Spark group business areas.
- Leadership: You are a confident leader who actively listens and focuses on the growth of people.
- Critical Thinking: You use your initiative to identify gaps and get things done.
- Negotiation: You are an effective negotiator who persuades stakeholders and your team, working collaboratively rather than coercing.
