Day to day you will be involved in:

• Craft Development: Develop the craft of HSW across our HSW Partners through development planning and building capability for partnering skills.
• Strategy Support: Drive Spark's HSW strategy by implementing annual HSW roadmaps and leading out our HSW principles.
• Technical Advice: Provide and source technical advice to coach HSW partners to deliver the right outcomes for our customers and our business.
• Operational Support: Oversee day-to-day partnering activities for operational support to ensure we are focused on ruthless prioritisation in what we do.
• Reporting and Communication: Ensure reporting and insights are effectively communicated and actioned. Provide input for enhacing automation where possible to provide operational access to relevant information.
• Risk Management: Support our HSW partners to work with leaders when managing our most critical H&S risks and activities.
• Community Building: Drive the connection with our HSW Ambassadors and Mahi Tahi Coaches and the wider community and industry.
• System Integration: Facilitate the development and integration of HSW systems and protocols into Spark group business areas.
