Position Overview

Coconutcharcoalindonesia ApS is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Charcoal Products Coordinator to oversee the coordination, quality control, and logistics of our coconut charcoal product line. Based in Roskilde, the role plays a key part in ensuring smooth supply chain operations between production partners, international suppliers, and European customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end flow of coconut charcoal products from production to delivery
• Communicate with overseas suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure timely production schedules
• Monitor product quality standards and ensure compliance with company specifications
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate warehouse operations in Denmark or third-party logistics providers
• Prepare shipping documentation, customs paperwork, and export/import coordination within the EU
• Track orders and update internal systems with accurate product and shipment data
• Support sales and procurement teams with product availability and lead times
• Handle issue resolution related to delays, quality deviations, or logistics disruptions
• Assist in sustainability reporting and traceability documentation for coconut charcoal sourcing

Requirements

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or product coordination (preferably in commodities or natural products)
• Understanding of international trade and shipping processes (EU import/export experience is an advantage)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with international partners (English required; additional languages are a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or ERP systems
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality control and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in environmental products, biomass, or charcoal/energy materials
• Familiarity with Southeast Asian supply chains
• Experience working with sustainable or carbon-neutral products
