We are looking for an experienced and energetic nursing leader to join our team as Charge Nurse Manager for the Assessment and Diagnostic Unit. In this role, you will be supported by a skilled and dedicated staff, and will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in a collaborative and high-performing environment.
The ideal candidate will be a Senior Nurse with at least 5 years of post-registration experience, relevant postgraduate qualifications, and ideally, experience at a Charge Nurse level. You will possess strong leadership abilities, a creative approach to nursing practice, and excellent communication skills.
A commitment to patient-centred care is essential. We are seeking a leader who can inspire and motivate a team, while fostering a family-friendly environment and supporting the ongoing development of services and staff. A solid foundation in contemporary nursing knowledge, organizational skills, and professional credibility will be key to your success in this role.
