Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through live chat / non-voice support.
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
• Manage multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining quality.
• Communicate professionally with customers in English and any one regional language – Hindi, Kannada, or Telugu.
• Follow company processes, guidelines, and escalation procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Meet assigned productivity, quality, response-time, and CSAT targets.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the interaction.
