• Manage inventory control and food production processes to minimize waste and optimize cost efficiency
• Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvement
• Oversee food safety protocols and sanitation procedures in compliance with health regulations to guarantee a safe dining environment
• Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with attention to detail and timely execution
• Monitor shift management activities, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and ensuring smooth communication across departments

Experience

• Proven experience working in a dining establishments or high-volume restaurants with a strong background in food production and service management
• Extensive knowledge of dietary requirements, food handling procedures, and kitchen safety standards
• Demonstrated ability to manage inventory control effectively while maintaining high-quality food standards
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of team management, training, and motivating staff to achieve excellence
• Familiarity with restaurant management systems, menu planning tools, and inventory management software is preferred
• Prior experience in hospitality or food industry roles that showcase versatility across cooking styles, catering operations, and restaurant service
