Brubakers is evolving, and we're looking for a chef to be a part of what's next.

We're preparing to launch an exciting new menu, taking Brubakers in a more refined and elevated direction. We're moving beyond our current casual offering and introducing a menu focused on quality, flavour and great presentation - with dishes ranging from fresh pastas and curries to premium cuts and seasonal specials.

We're not giving everything away just yet.. but we're looking for someone who's excited by the opportunity to help bring this next chapter to life.

Alongside our new menu, our Signature Sunday Roast is already a firm favourite, and we're looking for someone who can help us maintain the quality and consistency that our customers love.

The Role:

We're looking for a passionate and motivated chef to join our kitchen team at Brubakers. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to have a real input into an evolving menu and be part of a venue that is moving in an exciting new direction.

You'll be involved in:

- Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard.

-Maintaining excellent standards of food quality, presentation & hygiene.

-Contributing ideas and creativity as our menu develops.

-Working efficiently as part of a small, busy kitchen team.

-Helping us deliver a great experience for our customers.

What we're looking for:

-Previous experience working as a chef in a fast-paced environment.

-A genuine passion for good food and quality ingredients.

-Good knowledge of kitchen operations and food hygiene.

-Someone who takes pride in presentation and consistency.

-Reliable, organised and able to work well under pressure.

-A creative approach and enthusiasm for developing new dishes.

Job Type: Full time position available

Salary: Depending on experience

• Typically Thursday- Sunday shifts
• Occasional Monday- Wednesday shift if an event requires food
