Position: Chef

JOB SUMMARY:

Availability to working (1) day per weekend

The chef role ensures great organizational skills and impeccable time management. They maintain accuracy in providing meals for the facilities.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

· Cooks Food items through varies cooking methods and maintains food quality.

· Oversees all kitchen operations.

· Trains staff to prepare and cook all the menu items and recipes.

· Taking stock of ingredients and equipment and placing orders to replenish stock.

· Enforcing safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen

· Maintains cooking surfaces clean and sanitized.

· Ability to follow directions and instructions.

· Ability to work as a team member.

· Ability to work in at a fast past and maintain accuracy in recipes.

· Maintains Inventory and food storage logs.

· Maintains all Kitchen equipment sanitized and in working condition.

· Keeps temperature records of on all refrigerators and freezers.

QUALIFICATIONS

· High School Diploma or Higher Education or related degree from a technical college

· Past experience as a working chef.

· Knowledge in sanitation and quality control.

· Communicates effectively.

· Expert in multitasking ability

· Great leadership and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organizational skills

· Professional presentation and attitude.

· Ability to maintain focus while working individually.

· Strong time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
