What You'll Do

• Prepare and deliver quality food that meets presentation and service expectations
• Support daily kitchen operations and efficient service execution
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards at all times
• Drive consistency across food production and kitchen performance
• Assist with stock management and minimise kitchen wastage
• Contribute to a professional and collaborative kitchen environment

Skills and Experiences:
About You

• Holding a valid Trade Certification in Commercial Cookery is essential for this role.
• Possessing a current Food Safety Supervisor certificate ensures the highest standard of kitchen compliance.
• Having a valid Australian Driver’s Licence is required for operational flexibility across airport facilities.
• Bringing proven experience as a Chef in a fast-paced retail, hospitality, or commercial kitchen environment.
• Demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to a changing Monday-to-Saturday roster.
