Siamo alla ricerca di uno chef de partie appassionato e creativo da inserire nel nostro team! La figura ideale ha esperienza nella cura i dettagli e ama sperimentare nuove ricette per offrire prodotti di alta qualità.
Responsabilità principali :
- Gestione e organizzazione della partita
- Controllo delle scorte e rispetto delle norme igienico-sanitarie (HACCP)
- Collaborazione con il team di cucina e di sala per eventi e forniture speciali
Requisiti richiesti:
- Esperienza comprovata nel ruolo di chef de partie
- Conoscenza delle tecniche di cucina classica e moderna
- Precisione, pulizia e capacità di lavorare in team
- Creatività e passione per il mondo della cucina
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni, anche nei weekend e festivi
