Azabu 10 è un ristorante contemporaneo giapponese con un banco Omakase da 11 posti e 18 posti in sala, tutto nello stesso ambiente.
Azabu 10 si focalizza sulla frollatura e macerazione di pesce, unico ristorante di Milano ad effettuare questa tecnica ed unico sushi bar in Italia.
Cambiamento e visione postmoderna: questi i pilastri della filosofia di Azabu 10. Qui i tabù tradizionalisti sono sfatati e superati, sfruttando preparazioni e tecniche giapponesi che valorizzano i prodotti offerti. Frollatura del pesce, combinazioni mirate di proteine di differenti tipologie esaltano i gusti e i sapori presenti nel menù. Il tutto affiancato da un’insaziabile ricerca del mondo dei crudi e del sushi.
Sto cercando una figura di Sous Chef anche con un background diverso da quello Giapponese, si cerca una figura in grado di affiancare l'head chef nella visione culinaria che si ha all'interno di questo locale e cercare di costruire le solide fonda di questo progetto all'avanguardia.
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno
Retribuzione: €1.500,00 - €2.000,00 al mese
