Hotel Umiltà 36, prestigiosa struttura 5 stelle parte di Shedir Collection, situata nel cuore del centro storico di Roma, cerca uno Chef de Partie da inserire nella brigata di cucina.

Responsabilità principali:
- Gestire in autonomia la propria partita, garantendo organizzazione ed efficienza.
- Curare preparazioni, presentazione e qualità dei piatti nel rispetto degli standard della struttura.
- Collaborare con l’Executive Chef e con la brigata per assicurare un servizio fluido e impeccabile.
- Monitorare correttamente materie prime, conservazione e norme HACCP.
- Contribuire al mantenimento di un ambiente di lavoro ordinato, professionale e collaborativo.
Requisiti:
- Esperienza maturata in hotel 5 stelle o ristoranti di alto profilo.
- Ottima conoscenza delle tecniche di cucina e degli standard del servizio fine dining.
- Precisione, velocità operativa e attenzione al dettaglio.
- Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione mantenendo elevati standard qualitativi.
Retribuzione: €1.190,27 - €1.500,00 al mese
