Looking for a new challenge in the heart of Dublin? Look no further than the Grafton Hotel, where we are currently seeking a talented Chef to join our team!
As a Chef de partie at the Grafton, you will work alongside our talented culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and execution of menus, as well as supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in managing the kitchen team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, a creative flair, and a desire to learn and develop their skills further. You should have experience working in a high-volume kitchen, be able to work well under pressure, and have excellent communication and team-working skills.
