Chef de Partie – Full Time
Per un nuovo progetto ristorativo di nuova apertura a Milano, siamo alla ricerca di Chef de Partie appassionati e motivati da inserire nella nostra brigata di cucina.
La figura sarà responsabile della propria partita, garantendo qualità, organizzazione e precisione durante tutte le fasi del servizio.
Responsabilità:
- Gestire in autonomia la propria partita
- Preparare e organizzare la mise en place
- Garantire elevati standard qualitativi nella preparazione dei piatti
- Collaborare con il team di cucina durante il servizio
- Mantenere ordine, pulizia e rispetto delle normative HACCP
- Supportare il Sous Chef e l’Executive Chef nelle attività quotidiane
Requisiti:
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo
- Passione per la ristorazione e attenzione ai dettagli
- Capacità di lavorare in team e sotto pressione
- Serietà, puntualità e spirito collaborativo
- Conoscenza base delle normative HACCP
