Working closely with senior chefs, you will help maintain standards, support junior staff, and drive excellence.

Role/Responsibilities:

• Run and manage a designated section of the kitchen with full responsibility for output and quality
• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard
• Ensure all food is prepared in line with recipes, portion control, and presentation guidelines
• Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards at all times
• Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
• Supervise and support Commis Chefs and junior kitchen staff
• Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and minimise waste
• Ensure your section is clean, organized, and ready for service
• Contribute ideas for menu development and specials
• Work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods
