Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities

• Casual dining and fine dining at Harvey's Point
• To assist the Dept Managers so that the kitchen operations run smoothly, working together with the service teams
• To assist in the supervision and training of junior members of staff
• To assist in the ordering of food items when necessary
• To adhere to our HACCP system.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years’ experience as a Chef de partie in a luxury hotel setting
