About The Role

As a Chef de Partie at Castle Leslie Estate, you will be instrumental in the smooth operation of your designated section within our vibrant Lodge kitchen. You will meticulously prepare and present dishes, consistently adhering to our exacting quality benchmarks, and actively contribute fresh ideas to menu innovation alongside our senior chefs.

Role Specifics:

• This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive hourly rate, reflective of your experience.
• Essential: A minimum of 1 year of professional Chef experience and valid work authorisation for Ireland.
