About The Role

As a Chef de Partie, you'll play a vital role in bringing our culinary vision to life within the vibrant atmosphere of The Lodge. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your talent, take ownership of your section, and work alongside an award-winning team dedicated to delivering exceptional food using the finest seasonal ingredients.

What You'll Be Doing

• Take pride in leading and managing your designated kitchen section, ensuring every dish leaves the pass to the highest standard.
• Deliver consistently outstanding food quality, presentation, and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with senior chefs to develop new dishes, seasonal menus, and creative culinary experiences.
• Support and inspire junior team members while contributing to a positive and professional kitchen culture.
• Help maintain the exceptional standards that make Castle Leslie Estate a sought after dining destination.

Role Details

• Full-Time | Permanent Position
• Competitive hourly rate, reflective of your skills and experience.
• Essential: Minimum 1 year's professional chef experience.
• Valid work authorisation for Ireland required unfortuntely we do not sponsor visas at this time.
