Lo Chef de Partie, riportando all’Head Chef, si occuperà di supportare tutta la brigata nell’operatività del servizio, nel rispetto della nostra filosofia aziendale, degli standard operativi e delle procedure, contribuendo a creare un’atmosfera di lavoro armoniosa con un approccio incentrato sulla collaborazione.
Principali mansioni e responsabilità:
- Gestire la preparazione di tutte le pietanze, la pulizia e l’organizzazione della partita in gestione;
- Essere proattivo/a nel lavoro di squadra e tutelare la collaborazione con tutti;
- Garantire il rispetto di tutte le norme relative all’HACCP (controllo temperature frigoriferi, etichettatura delle pietanze lavorate e non, sanificazione postazione di lavoro, corretto utilizzo dei prodotti previsti dalle norme HACCP, ecc.);
- Verificare il corretto uso e mantenimento dei macchinari e dei materiali in dotazione;
- Assimilare e mettere in pratica, tutte le informazioni condivise durante i training.
Qualifiche e requisiti:
- Pregressa esperienza minimo 2 anni, possibilmente in strutture alberghiere
- Serietà e professionalità
- Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e in team
- Attenzione al dettaglio
- Ottima conoscenza lingua italiana
