Cosa farai:
Gestire una specifica partita della cucina (primi, secondi, antipasti, pasticceria, ecc.)
Assicurare la preparazione e la presentazione dei piatti secondo gli standard del ristorante
Collaborare con lo Chef e il team di cucina per garantire un servizio efficiente
Mantenere elevati standard di igiene e sicurezza alimentare
Requisiti:
Esperienza pregressa come Chef de Partie o in un ruolo simile
Conoscenza delle tecniche di preparazione e cottura
Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e in squadra
Passione per la cucina e attenzione ai dettagli
Flessibilità e disponibilità a lavorare su turni
