Little Richards Wood Fired Pizza – Skerries, North Co. Dublin

Little Richard's Wood Fired Pizza is a popular and growing food destination in Skerries, North County Dublin. As we expand our kitchen offering beyond wood-fired pizza, we are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to take ownership of our grill section and help drive quality, consistency, and creativity across our evolving menu.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled chef with experience in burgers, ribs, and classic pub-style food who can confidently manage their own section and contribute to a dynamic kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Run and manage the grill section independently
• Prepare and cook burgers, ribs, and pub-style dishes to a consistently high standard
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and HACCP standards
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste management
• Support menu development and new food offerings
• Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workstation
• Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a professional kitchen
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis/Senior Chef ready to step up
• Strong grill experience, including burgers, ribs, and pub food
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy section
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Good understanding of HACCP and food safety regulations
• Experience with stock control and kitchen systems
• Positive attitude and strong team ethic

Job Details

Position: Full-Time Chef de Partie
Schedule:

• Day shifts only
• Wednesday to Sunday
• Weekend availability required

Skerries, North County Dublin

Applicants should be able to reliably commute to Skerries or relocate before commencing employment. Preference will be given to candidates living within a reasonable commuting distance.
