Chef De Partie | Full Time | Galway City Centre

We're looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at The Quays Bar and Restaurant, Galway City Centre on a full-time basis. You'll take ownership of a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring dishes are prepared to a consistently high standard, maintaining food safety and hygiene practices, and supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef during busy service.

About The Role

• 3+ years previous experience as a Chef de Partie essential
• Solid understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• A team player with a genuine passion for great food
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
