Hotel Umiltà 36, prestigiosa struttura 5 stelle parte di Shedir Collection, situata nel cuore del centro storico di Roma, cerca un Pasticciere da inserire nella propria brigata di cucina.

Responsabilità principali:
- Realizzare dessert, prodotti da forno e preparazioni di pasticceria nel rispetto degli standard qualitativi della struttura.
- Curare presentazione, equilibrio dei sapori e qualità estetica delle creazioni.
- Collaborare con l’Executive Chef e con la brigata per lo sviluppo delle proposte pastry.
- Gestire correttamente materie prime, conservazione e normative HACCP.
- Garantire ordine, pulizia ed efficienza della propria postazione di lavoro.
Requisiti:
- Esperienza maturata in hotel 5 stelle, laboratori o ristoranti di alto profilo.
- Ottima conoscenza delle tecniche di pasticceria moderna e tradizionale.
- Precisione, creatività e forte attenzione al dettaglio.
- Capacità di lavorare in team e sotto pressione mantenendo elevati standard qualitativi.
Retribuzione: a partire da €1.800,00 al mese
