UVA at The Larix is seeking a Chef to help lead and grow our upscale, chef-driven restaurant in the heart of Kimberley, BC.

Connected to one of Bc's highest rated boutique hotels, UVA focuses on quality ingredients, curated wines, thoughtful service, and a collaborative hospitality environment. We are looking for someone who is passionate about food, organized, adaptable, and excited by the opportunity to play a meaningful role in a growing operation.

This role offers creative input, leadership opportunity, and the ability to help shape the next phase of an established restaurant with a strong local representation.

What we are looking for:

• Strong kitchen organization and prep management
• Ability to lead service calmly and consistently
• Experience with ordering, inventory, and maintaining kitchen standards
• Team-oriented attitude and strong communication
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Fine dining or upscale casual experience considered an asset

Compensation

competitive hourly wage plus substantial kitchen tip participation. Current structure provides significant additional earning potential beyond base wage.
