We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as the Chief Engineer at Odyssey Hotel Group in the engineering department at Labtwentytwo Hotel. As the Chief Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing all engineering operations within the department, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

• Lead a team of skilled engineers and technicians to execute maintenance and repair tasks efficiently.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall functionality and efficiency of our engineering systems.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

• Monitor and manage the department budget to optimize resources and control costs.

• Check incidents during opening shift/shift change and prioritize management/resolution.

• Review different technical rooms, record values of measuring equipment, and verify they operate within appropriate value ranges (Opening and End of shift).

• Check emergency exits, restricted access to technical rooms, and CCTV circuit status.

• Perform pool analysis and control, including recording Chlorine/PH/Turbidity values (Opening and change of shift).

• Verify liquid disposal, pool regulation, and manage daily incidents.

• Manage preventive room maintenance according to monthly programming.
