What you will do

As CEO of Hibox, you will be responsible for leading the company into its next phase of growth, while safeguarding our culture and values. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading overall company strategy and execution, with full P&L responsibility
  • Coaching and empowering a talented leadership team across product development, sales, delivery, and operations
  • Representing Hibox externally with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders
  • Manage and align stakeholders from the parent company, Accedo, ensuring transparency, trust, and effective collaboration between Hibox and the wider group
  • Champion a strong company culture where collaboration, accountability, and empowerment are at the core of how we work
  • Lead change initiatives across the organization, fostering adaptability as Hibox expands into new markets and evolves the offerings

What we are looking for

  • A proven leader with strong strategic, financial, and operational skills
  • Experience from software, SaaS, video/OTT, or technology-driven businesses – ideally with international exposure in Enterprise or Healthcare
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive growth through partnerships and new market opportunities
  • A leader with a passion for people and culture, with demonstrated experience in building high-performing, motivated teams and champion an inclusive company culture
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or technology

The majority of our employees in Turku and Vaasa are Swedish-speaking, and Swedish language skills are an advantage in building local connections. However, this is not a requirement. As we work in an international environment, fluency in English is essential, and additional language skills, such as Finnish or Swedish, are considered a plus.
