Role Overview – Marketing Officer

As a Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the organization’s overall marketing strategy. This role requires strategic thinking, execution capability, and a strong sense of ownership. You will work closely with the leadership team to position our initiatives effectively across digital, on-ground, and partnership-driven channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for projects, programs, and initiatives
• Build and manage brand presence across digital and offline platforms
• Coordinate with design, content, and social media teams for campaign execution
• Drive outreach, visibility, and engagement for national-level initiatives
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly
• Represent the organization in collaborations, events, and partnerships when required

Important Note

This is a salary-based opportunity with deferred payment after 6 months.
All roles, responsibilities, expectations, timelines, and payout structures will be clearly documented in a legally binding agreement before onboarding.
