Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Planning & Execution Partner with the MD to define, track, and execute strategic priorities and business objectives Drive execution through KPIs, dashboards, and structured business reviews Ensure closure of strategic initiatives across functions and verticals 2. Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment Act as a single point of coordination between the MD and business/functional heads Drive alignment, manage dependencies, and resolve execution bottlenecks Facilitate leadership meetings, strategy reviews, and offsites 3. Business & Financial Governance Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring Analyze P&L, cost structures, capex proposals, and business cases Provide insight-led inputs to MD for informed decision-making 4. Operating Rhythm & Performance Management Establish and maintain a robust operating cadence (weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews) Track leadership commitments, action items, and outcomes Enforce accountability with professionalism—not micromanagement

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
