Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Gleuhr Wellness Pvt. Ltd.
About Gleuhr
Gleuhr is a rapidly growing aesthetics and skin wellness brand with multiple clinics across North India, specializing in pigmentation, skin, hair, anti-aging, and aesthetic treatments. The COO will be responsible for driving operational excellence, scalability, profitability, patient experience, compliance, and leadership across all clinics and support functions.

Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Reporting To: Managing Director
Location: Chandigarh (Extensive travel across clinic locations)
Key Responsibilities
1. Multi-Clinic Operations
- Lead end-to-end operations of all clinics.
- Ensure SOP compliance across reception, counselling, doctors, therapists, and branch management.
- Drive operational consistency and service quality across all locations.
- Improve clinic productivity, utilization, and profitability.
2. Revenue & Business Performance
- Own clinic-wise revenue, conversion, retention, and profitability.
- Monitor KPIs including:
- Revenue
- Consultation conversion
- Package sales
- Patient retention
- Repeat visits
- Therapist utilization
- Doctor productivity
- Drive corrective actions for underperforming clinics.
3. Patient Experience & Brand Standards
- Create a world-class patient experience.
- Ensure implementation of consultation playbooks and service standards.
- Lead mystery audits and quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain premium clinic ambience and service delivery.
4. Team Leadership
- Directly manage Regional Managers, Branch Managers, Sales Heads, Operations Teams, and Support Functions.
- Build a strong performance-driven culture.
- Develop leadership succession across clinics.
- Conduct regular reviews, coaching, and accountability meetings.
5. SOP, Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure medical, operational, HR, and legal compliance.
- Maintain audit readiness across clinics.
- Monitor patient safety, consent processes, documentation, and incident reporting.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions.
6. Expansion & New Clinic Launches
- Lead clinic launch projects from site finalization to go-live.
- Establish systems, manpower, training, and launch readiness.
- Scale operations efficiently while maintaining standards.
7. Training & Development
- Build structured training systems for:
- Counsellors
- Doctors
- Therapists
- Front Desk
- Branch Managers
- Implement certification and assessment programs.
8. Data & Reporting
- Build dashboard-driven management.
- Analyze operational trends and performance metrics.
- Present weekly and monthly business reviews to the MD.
- Drive data-backed decision making.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
- 10–20+ years of leadership experience.
- Experience managing multi-unit healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, retail, hospitality, or healthcare chains.
- Proven experience handling ₹50–200+ crore business operations.
- Experience managing 200+ employees preferred.

Compensation
₹35–80+ LPA Fixed + Performance Bonus + ESOP/Long-Term Incentives (for exceptional candidates)
What Success Looks Like
Within 12 months, the COO should:
- Standardize operations across all clinics.
- Build a strong second line of leadership.
- Improve patient experience and audit scores.
- Increase clinic profitability.
- Successfully launch new clinics while maintaining Gleuhr standards.
- Create systems that allow Gleuhr to scale from 8 clinics to 25+ clinics efficiently
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
