As Chief Train Steward, you will oversee all stewarding operations, liaise closely with culinary and service teams, and be the guardian of our distinguished standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the stewarding team to deliver exceptional service with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Ensure all guest areas and carriages are impeccably prepared, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Collaborate with culinary and service departments to coordinate seamless dining and hospitality experiences.
• Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere by engaging with guests and personalizing their journey.
• Manage inventory and supplies diligently to support smooth daily operations.
• Maintain vigilant adherence to safety and hygiene protocols throughout the train.

Your Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in a similar stewarding or hospitality leadership role, ideally within luxury train or hospitality settings.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Exceptional customer service aptitude, with a genuine passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service standards.
• Ability to remain calm and resourceful in a fast-paced environment.
• Mandatory knowledge of English. Proficiency in French and Italian is highly preferred. Additional language skills are a significant asset
