Job Summary
The Child Adolescent Family Outreach position is designed for a dedicated individual who is passionate about supporting families and children in the community. This role involves engaging with families, developing mental hygiene outreach programs, and providing resources to enhance the well-being of children and adolescents. Duties

• Develop and implement outreach programs tailored to the needs of children, adolescents, and their families.
• Manage volunteer recruitment, training, and supervision to ensure effective program delivery.
• Conduct data collection and analysis to assess program effectiveness and community needs.
• Engage in public speaking events to promote outreach initiatives and educate the community on available resources.
• Oversee project management tasks including planning, execution, and evaluation of outreach activities.
• Utilize social media management strategies to enhance program visibility and community engagement.
• Collaborate with local organizations for fundraising efforts to support outreach programs.
• Provide addiction counseling support as needed, ensuring a holistic approach to family health.
• Maintain administrative records related to program activities, volunteer hours, and community interactions.

Skills

• Strong volunteer management capabilities with experience in supervising teams.
• Excellent public speaking skills for engaging diverse audiences.
• Proficient in program development and project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies to effectively promote outreach initiatives.
• Experience in data collection methods for evaluating program success.
• Familiarity with social media platforms for effective communication and engagement.
• Background in addiction counseling or public health is highly desirable.
• Solid foundation in social work principles with a focus on family dynamics.
• Proven leadership abilities that inspire collaboration among team members.
• Experience in fundraising initiatives that support community programs.
• Administrative experience that ensures organized record keeping and reporting.
• Skills in recruiting volunteers who align with the mission of the outreach programs.
• Teaching experience that enhances educational components of outreach efforts.
• MD License required LCPC, LCSWC,LMSW, LGPC,LGADC or LCADC

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,118.90 - $72,541.04 per year
