Area Manager – Cork

• Location - Cork
• Type - Full time/permanent position.
• Hours - 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday (37.5hours)
• Start 1 February 2026

An Area manager is required to provide support and operational oversight for selecting a growing number of Sherpa Kids Afterschool services in Dublin.

• Based in a number of Primary schools, our services require someone with a passion for delivering quality, dependable school-age services, with a creative and family-supportive approach to holiday care.
• Requires someone who is dedicated to forming strong partnerships with their staff teams, schools, families, and with children.

• Own car is essential for this role **
• Proficient in Microsoft, work, excel and PowerPoint
• Previous experience in leading a team and manage staff
• Passion for childcare
• At least 2 written references are required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From €35,000.00 per year
