Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Assistant to join our team. This role is for college or university students studying children related courses. He/She is essential in creating a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and a passion for early childhood education. You will play a vital role in fostering the development of children's social, emotional, and cognitive skills while ensuring their well-being.

Duties

• Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development.
• Create a safe and welcoming environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
• Educate children through structured play, storytelling, and hands-on activities.
• Provide care for children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare space.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and daily activities.
• Collaborate with other staff members to implement educational programs and activities.

Requirements

• Ability to work effectively with children of varying abilities, including those with disabilities.
• Strong caregiving skills with a genuine passion for nurturing children's growth.
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with children, parents, and colleagues.
