Harbor View Creative Learning Center LLC is seeking a Director for our newest childcare program located in Mooresville, NC!
Harbor View Creative Learning Center is looking for a qualified and experienced primary director for our newest location. Harbor View is a fast-growing, privately-owned program with locations in Florida, North Carolina, and Colorado (Once Upon A Childcare). We offer a competitive salary, growth opportunities, and a support system composed of amazing families, staff, and fellow administrators. We are looking for an individual that has a true passion for ECE and leadership. You must be Director qualified in North Carolina, knowledgeable in licensing rules and regulations, knowledgeable in Health Department regulations, positive mentality, dedicated, and love what you do. Qualifications:
- Director qualified through the state of North Carolina.
- Experience working with children in a licensed childcare center or preschool; or the equivalent work experience in the field; or instruction in early childhood education and education at an educational institution.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with parents, staff, and students.
- Organized with the ability to prioritize needs for the program.
- Confidence with enrollment and touring potential new families.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with children with care, compassion, and warmth.
- Must have a current qualifying letter through the state of North Carolina, TB test, and physical.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
