Sherpa Kids provides Before School Care, After school and Holiday Childcare to children during term time and non-term time (school holidays).

• Start Date: January 2026 to allow for adequate training, reference checks and garda vetting.
• Job Types: Permanent
• Salary: Starting from €15 p/h
• Locations: Douglas Cork
• Hours: Monday to Friday 7:40-8:40am then 1-6pm
• Positions: Programme Lead

Programme Lead:

• Programme Lead must have experience in managing and leading a team
• Own car required for programme lead
• Maintain the day-to-day activities
• Interacting with the children, their families and other staff members each day.
• Lots of energy and enthusiasm to work with children.
• Experience working with school aged children is preferred (Minimum 2 year)
• Proficiency in technology and software (Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.).

Requirements:

• Experience working with School Aged children (Minimum 1 -2Year)
• Basic knowledge of child development
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
• Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview stage).
• Work Permit/ VISA essential (for more than 20 hours a week)
• At least 2 written references checks are required before starting.

Pay: €16.00-€17.00 per hour
