The Little Learning Preschool in Fort Worth is where play meets purpose for Little Learners with Big Futures! We’re looking for an energetic, flexible part-time/substitute teacher who loves kids of all ages—from snuggling sleepy infants to playing Duck Duck Goose with 3-year-olds to helping schoolers with homework before a game of air hockey.

If you’re positive, hard-working, creative, and ready to join a drama-free, fun-loving team, we want to meet you! Experience is great, but we’ll train the right person who has a big heart and a passion for children.

What you’ll do:

• Work with different age groups on an as needed basis, in a safe, loving environment
• Help with daily routines, meals, diapering/toileting, and classroom activities
• Keep classrooms clean, safe, and in compliance with licensing standards
• Communicate clearly with staff and families
• Be ready for lots of hugs, giggles, and busy days

Requirements:

• Flexible between 6:30 AM–6 PM
• Pass a background check, complete CPR/First Aid & Health & Safety training
• Able to stand, walk, play, and lift up to 40 lbs as needed
