Position Summary
We're seeking a caring, energetic Part-Time Childcare Teacher to support our early learning classrooms. This flexible and dynamic role is essential to maintaining classroom ratios and providing consistent, quality care for our children. You’ll work alongside lead teachers, jumping in where needed to assist with activities, mealtime, cleanup, and more—all while helping to create a safe, healthy, and nurturing space for kids to learn and grow.

What You’ll Do:

• Support classroom teachers with daily operations and maintain required staff-to-child ratios

• Engage with children through play, learning activities, and daily routines

• Assist with meals, diapering, cleaning, and overall classroom management

• Encourage social, emotional, and physical development in a fun and structured environment

• Observe and report developmental milestones and concerns

• Help sanitize toys and equipment to keep our spaces clean and safe

• Maintain accurate records and assist with other duties as needed

• Passion for working with children

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Patience, empathy, and a nurturing personality

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum of one year of experience working with children (preferred)

• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire)

• Ability to pass a criminal background check

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/bend for prolonged periods
