We are looking to add a new Children's Class Instructor into the mix. Responsibilities will include leading mommy and me style classes, older child gym classes, camps and birthday parties! This position has growth potential as we are looking to immediately train towards a Shift Leader position.

The gym is open 7 days a week (mon-sat). Our Morning shifts run Monday thru Saturday from 830am-1230pm. Evening shifts run Mondays and Wednesdays 3-7pm. Birthday party shifts are based on what books but are run on Saturday afternoons and all day Sundays. There is a MANDATORY Monday staff meeting that runs every Monday from noon to 4pm. This is when we deep clean, review and learn everything for the upcoming weeks of classes and parties. We have flexible scheduling and most staff schedules have a mix of mornings and afternoons based on their availability!

Who are you?

·Someone who is high-energy, loves to play and be silly.

· A team player who follows through and always gives a hundred percent.

·Reliable and communicative. We are looking for someone who will help us grown the gym.

Your skill set:

· A genuine love for young children – from babies to upper elementary ages

· Ability to work 15-25 hours per week. We also have a mandatory staff meeting every Monday afternoon roughly from 12 to 4pm! P.S. hard workers will get more hours so you are in control of your scheduled hours here!

· Commitment to train hard and take direction well/easily

· Stage presence – if the idea of performing sounds scary, we might not be the right fit for you

· Willingness to clean (cleaning is a huge part of what we do – it’s how we keep each other and our kids safe & healthy!)

· Effective leadership and motivational skills
