We currently have multiple positions available in Providence, Warwick, Pawtucket, East Providence, Barrington, Bristol, Tiverton, Middletown, and Newport. All positions are part time and after school hours.

Join our team as a Home Based Therapeutic Support Staff in our Home Based Therapeutic Services program! This position provides much needed home based support to children with special needs and/or intensive behavior needs. You will work closely with the child, family, clinician, coordinator and other staff to help a child accomplish their goals.

Job Duties Include:

• Implementing a treatment plan that is developed by the HBTS Clinician with the family.
• Providing guidance and support for the child in their home and community.
• Keeping accurate data collection on treatment plan goals.
• Providing feedback to the agency on treatment plan goals

Examples of typical shifts are Mon, Wed and Fri 3:30-6:30 OR Tues, Wed, Fri 4:00-7:00 but there is added flexibility in the summer months.

Starting rate is $22.00/hour but negotiable with education and experience

Applicants must be at least 19 years of age, have a valid driver's license, auto liability insurance, safe driving record and access to a dependable vehicle. Prior to employment, successful candidate must pass BCI background check and driving record check.
