Description:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, creative China Marketing Specialist to join our Sydney office. You’ll localise content, manage social media operations, and partner with product, design, and sales teams to execute campaigns. This role blends creativity with analysis, ensuring every message hits the mark and every channel performs.

Note: At Blueberry, moving with purpose means showing up, connecting, and building momentum together. This role is based onsite in Sydney, Monday to Friday, where the real magic happens.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Translate and adapt videos, copy, and marketing collateral for platforms in China (Douyin, WeChat, RedNote), maintaining accuracy, tone, and compliance.

Manage day-to-day social media posting, community engagement, and moderation; maintain content calendars for campaigns.

Track key metrics (views, engagement, CTR), provide weekly insights, and recommend content optimisations.

Draft creative briefs, coordinate with designers, and produce assets that align with campaign objectives.

Translate and QA marketing materials across email, CRM, websites, landing pages, and app content.

Support launches, activations, and brand initiatives by preparing content and coordinating deliverables.

Monitor competitors and market trends, summarising insights for China-focused channels.

Skills and Experiences:
Who We’re Hoping to Find

Fluent in English and Mandarin, with excellent writing, translation, and localisation skills.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field.

Hands-on experience with Chinese platforms (Douyin, WeChat, RedNote).

Proficient with content creation/editing tools (Canva, CapCut, or equivalent).

Highly detail-oriented, excellent at multitasking and executing campaigns.

Interest in financial markets and willingness to learn CFD/FX terminology and compliance.

Based in Sydney with valid Australian work rights and full-time availability.

Extra Points if You Have

Proven growth on platforms in China with measurable results. Portfolio preferred.

Experience with ROI/performance reporting (CTR, CVR, CPA, CPL) to guide optimisations.

Running content experiments and iterating based on performance data.

Experience in fintech, FX, CFD, or regulated industries with compliance awareness.
