About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage the end-to-end operations for high-value commercial and industrial accounts. As C&I Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and profitable growth, while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and major partners.

In this role you will;

• Oversee the lifecycle of high-value RFPs, client servicing, metering, and billing processes.
• Shape stakeholder relationships with major partners, aligning operational performance with business goals.
• Spearhead operational governance initiatives including pricing quality control and technology systems.
• Develop and execute acquisition, retention, and account management strategies for major corporate accounts.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align business strategies and drive performance excellence.
