Job Title: Cinema Supervisor

Location: Carrick on Shannon

Position: Part-Time (approx 15h per week)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Cinema Supervisor to join our management team. You will oversee daily operations, lead floor staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high facility standards during shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise daily cinema operations, including box office, concessions, and screen cleaning.

* Motivate, train, and support floor staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any operational issues efficiently.

* Manage stock control, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures.

* Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Requirements:

*Experience: Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience (hospitality, retail, or entertainment sector preferred).

* Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.

* Passion for film and the cinema industry.

* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays

Pay: €15.15 per hour
