Apex is a growing transportation and logistics support company providing back-office solutions for a North America–based freight hauling and cross-border trucking operation serving Canada and the United States. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a skilled and proactive Dispatcher to join our operations team in India and support our North American dispatch and fleet management activities.
Position Summary:
The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and managing daily truck movements across Canada and the U.S., ensuring timely and efficient delivery of loads. The ideal candidate will have experience with North American trucking dispatch operations, excellent communication skills, and hands-on knowledge of dispatch and tracking software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, assign, and monitor loads for company drivers and owner-operators.
- Communicate with drivers regarding routes, schedules, and trip details.
- Track and monitor truck movements using fleet management tools.
- Coordinate with customers, brokers, and internal teams for load updates and issue resolution.
- Ensure all cross-border documentation (ACE/ACI/Bonds) is accurate and submitted on time.
- Maintain dispatch records, load confirmations, and trip logs in company systems.
- Monitor driver hours, fuel, and equipment status to optimize operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the North American operations team to manage real-time challenges.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Hands-on experience with dispatching software: TransPlus, BorderConnect, Samsara, and CloudHawk.
- Strong understanding of cross-border trucking, bonds, and customs documentation (ACE/ACI).
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and under time-sensitive conditions.
- Good knowledge of North American geography, routes, and trucking regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field).
- 1–3 years of experience in dispatching or fleet coordination (North American experience preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dispatch management tools.
Work Schedule:
- Must be available to align with North American time zones (EST/CST/PST shifts as required).

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
