Civil Litigation Paralegal

Our practice includes civil litigation, business law and planning, construction law, and personal injury, among others. We are currently seeking a Civil Litigation Paralegal, with at least 1-2 years of experience as a civil litigation paralegal, to join our growing team. This full-time position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute meaningfully to our mission of providing outstanding legal services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and correspondence
• Organize, analyze, and maintain legal documents and case files
• Perform legal research and assist with trial preparation
• Maintain accurate case status updates and monitor deadlines
• Communicate with clients and manage incoming case documents
• Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation

Required Qualifications:

• Required: At least 1-2 years experience as a civil litigation paralegal.
• Required: Strong writing and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Required: Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
• Required: Self-motivated team player with a desire to serve others
• Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & Adobe Acrobat

Preferred & Optional Qualifications:

• Optional: Experience with TABS and Practice Master
• Optional: Experience in law firm accounting
