Description:
Our Opportunity

We are seeking experienced and skilled Civil Operators to join our growing QLD team across North Brisbane project sites. This is an opportunity to work on large-scale subdivision and bulk earthworks projects with a well-established Tier 2 contractor.

We are specifically looking for operators experienced in:
Grader
Dozer
Backhoe

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality civil works, operating machinery safely and efficiently while contributing to a productive and team-focused site environment.

Skills and Experiences:
You Must Have:
Construction Induction Card (White Card)
Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
Minimum 3 years’ experience operating plant in a civil construction environment
Demonstrated experience operating Grader, Dozer and/or Backhoe on subdivision or bulk earthworks projects
Relevant plant tickets and VOCs (highly regarded)
Proven ability to work to levels, plans and site specifications
Strong understanding of site safety requirements and safe operating procedures

About You:
Proven experience in civil construction, ideally within subdivisions or bulk earthworks
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with supervisors and crews
Sound planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
Ability to work unsupervised and take ownership of your work
A team player who contributes positively to site culture
Strong commitment to Company policies and procedures
Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to Quality, WHS and Environmental Management systems
Reliable, punctual and takes pride in delivering high-quality work
