We are seeking a detail-oriented site designer with strong AutoCAD proficiency to join our growing Land Surveying & Civil Engineering team. In this role, you will collaborate directly with Civil Engineers, Land Surveyors and Project Managers to transform initial sketches, field data, and design concepts into precise, high-quality technical drawings. The ideal candidate has a solid grasp of land development, municipal infrastructure, and standard civil engineering drafting principles.

Core Responsibilities

Draft Technical Plans: Create comprehensive 2D layouts, grading plans, site designs, septic designs, site profiles, utility alignments, and cross-sections using AutoCAD.

Manage Drawing Sets: Set up standard sheet layouts, cover sheets, legends, and coordinate systems using x references and paper space viewports.

Implement Revisions: Efficiently execute markups and redline revisions provided by the engineering and project management teams.

Ensure Quality & Compliance: Conduct self-checks on line weights, dimensions, and layer naming to maintain strict company and municipal drafting standards.

Organize Databases: Maintain a clean, logical file archive and manage version control for all active and historical project files.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
