SITE ENGINEER – TENDER EXPERIENCE

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
• Prepare and review tender-related documents, BOQ, estimates and quotations.
• Assist in tender preparation, rate analysis and quantity calculations.
• Study tender drawings, specifications and scope of work.
• Coordinate with the site team, contractors, consultants and vendors.
• Monitor work progress and ensure execution as per drawings, specifications and schedule.
• Prepare site reports, quantity statements and required documentation.
• Support the estimation and tendering team whenever required.
• Ensure quality, safety and proper utilization of materials at the site.
• Maintain proper records of measurements, work progress and site activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in Civil / Construction projects.
• Tendering experience is required.
• Good knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, rate analysis and tender documentation.
• Ability to read and understand civil drawings and specifications.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Willingness to work at project sites.
