Prime Eligibility:-

We are looking for a candidatewho is a permanent resident of Lucknow, or has permanently moved to and resides in Lucknow, or is originally from Lucknow (जो लखनऊ का स्थायी निवासी हो या वहाँ स्थाई रूप से शिफ्ट होकर निवास कर रहा हो या लखनऊ का मूल निवासी हो) for our real estate construction projects.

Job Profile:-

Manages daily construction activities, ensuring projects meet quality safety, and budget standards by overseeing workers, coordinating resources, interpreting plans, enforcing safety protocols, and communicating with stakeholders to keep projects on schedule.

Key duties:-

Include supervising crews, managing materials, conducting inspections, resolving issues and maintaining project documentation for infrastructure like roads, buildings, and tunnels.

Required work experience & qualifications:-

• Min 1–2 years of relevant experience in Real Estate construction projects.
• Bachelor's Degree/diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.

Essential Skills:-

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of construction procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and project management software is often required

Key Job Role and Responsibilities

Site Supervision & Coordination:

• Oversee daily construction activities for civil works (roads, buildings, etc.).
• Coordinate workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Allocate labor, materials, and equipment effectively.

Quality & Compliance:

• Ensure work meets project specifications, engineering drawings, and building codes.
• Perform quality control inspections and resolve defects.

Safety Management:

• Enforce safety regulations and implement protocols.
• Conduct safety inspections and provide worker training.
• Handle site accidents according to protocol.

Project Management:

• Monitor project timelines, costs, and progress.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain site records.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients.

Problem Solving:

• Address unexpected site issues and conflicts.
• Interpret plans and blueprints to guide execution.

Reporting at:- Alambagh, Lucknow Head Office

Salary:- Rs.20,000-25,000/- per month + PF + TA + other
